I am currently a second-year student majoring in  Community Health with minors in Law and Public Policy and Political Science. On campus I am a member of Congress for IU Student Government (IUSG) and have served as a Representative for 2 years. I am currently the Speaker for Congress, but was previously the Recorder and Clerk. I am also a Representative in the School of Public Health Student Government.  In my roles, I have had the amazing opportunity to meet with other student leaders across the nation with the Association of Big Ten Students (ABTS) Conference and the BridgeUSA Summit discussing things like student safety, political engagement on campus, equity, inclusion, and opportunity initiatives, and so much more. I started my professional career at the age of 14 working in the public sector. This past summer, I even got the opportunity to serve the state as a Governor's Summer Intern, where I worked in the Indiana Office of Technology (IOT) to provide trainings, assist in policy writing, and create graphics for internal and external use. After college, I plan to get a Master's in Legal Studies at Cornell University. While getting this degree, I am hoping to continue my work in the government at either the local or state level.
